When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, organization, reason for contacting us, and message. Basic technical information may also be processed by our hosting and security providers to deliver and protect the site.
We use inquiry information only to review, route, and respond to your message; maintain the conversation you requested; protect the form from abuse; and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use inquiry information for behavioral advertising.
Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. Our email-delivery provider transmits form messages to the LifeForce Ventures inbox. Authorized LifeForce Ventures response owners may access an inquiry when needed to respond. We do not route inquiries to Altessino, Alethia, Obra, Together We Thrive, or another distinct organization unless you specifically direct the message there or give us permission.
We generally retain inquiry information for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, then delete it unless a longer period is required to meet a legal obligation or resolve an active matter. You may ask us to delete it sooner.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted. Email privacy@lifeforceventures.co. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Do not submit confidential, medical, financial, or legally sensitive information. If a conversation later requires sensitive material, we will establish an appropriate channel.
